Thalhah Fakhrizal is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Digital Business & Technologies, Digital Transformation, and Digital Venture Architects. His expertise spans areas such as Strategic Development, Business and Operating Model definition, Business Development, Product Development, IT Development, and Go-to-Market Strategy for both retail and corporate markets, including Digital Marketing.

He is well-versed in Design Thinking and Agile Project Management, having started his career in reputable digital technology companies like Digital Equipment Corporation and Quantum Corporation. Thalhah has a remarkable track record in the telecommunications industry, where he played a significant role in the transition from traditional voice services to Internet-based solutions.

Key achievements in his career include setting up a new subsidiary, IndosatM2, to facilitate the telco business shift towards Internet services. Furthermore, he successfully established a Digital Business Unit that achieved positive financial indicators within a short timeframe, by focusing on developing in-house technical capabilities and ensuring adaptability to market demands. Thalhah's contributions have been instrumental in reshaping the telco landscape towards digital evolution and OTT services.

Thalhah's expertise extends to various digital business domains such as E-Commerce, Mobile Advertising, Mobile Financial Services, Startup Incubation, API Development, Mobile Identity Management, Digital Courier and Logistics services, among others. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).

Throughout his career, Thalhah held key positions in several prominent organizations, serving as a Senior Advisor for Corporate Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions at PT Cloud Hosting Indonesia, Digital Business leader at PT Angkasa Pura II, Chief Operating & Marketing Officer at Exaq Logistics, and a Senior Advisor for Digital Business & Technology Strategy at NAT. He also co-founded companies such as Exact Quality Logistic and a Digital Startup Incubator, PT ESA, which operated through Boostar and Ignite in collaboration with Skha Ventures.

His tenure at Indosat Ooredoo saw Thalhah assume roles such as VP/Head of Technology Stream for Digital Transformation, VP, Manager, and Strategic Development Specialist. Furthermore, he served as a Process Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation and Engineering Development professional at Quantum, highlighting his diverse skill set and comprehensive industry experience.
