Tessa Gould

Tessa Gould is a mission-driven brand enthusiast with a problem-solving attitude and a results-oriented mindset.

With over 15 years of experience in strategy and operations leadership, Tessa has excelled in roles at start-ups and large corporations, focusing on business growth, scalability, and success.

She served as the Group CMO & Head of Growth at Kinship, Mars Petcare's digital innovation and ventures division, overseeing marketing, strategy, and growth for a portfolio of pet care brands.

Prior to her role at Kinship, Tessa held executive positions at renowned companies like SoulCycle, Buzzfeed, The Huffington Post, mindbodygreen, and AOL (now Oath / Verizon Media Group). She also provided strategic consultancy to private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies in Asia Pacific and North America.

Tessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a double major in Accounting & Management, as well as an Honors Degree in Law from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Tessa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, practicing yoga, and creating wellness elixirs.

She has a diverse organizational background, having served as the Chief Executive Officer at Made by Nacho, a founding member at Kindred, and an advisor at Elektra Health, among other significant roles.

Her educational background includes completing RYT 200hr Teacher Training at Lighthouse Yoga Studio, which complements her business and law degrees from the University of Auckland.
