Terry Ward is an accomplished professional with a robust background in operational finance, investment management, and M&A transaction advisory, spanning nearly 15 years across various organizations and international settings.

His experience includes financial leadership roles at a $4 billion global industrial manufacturer, an SEC registered private credit fund, and a Restructuring/Investment Bank, in addition to serving as a consulting CFO for over 10 small businesses and start-ups.

Terry possesses a unique skill set encompassing FP&A, Accounting, M&A, and debt/equity capital placement, with a talent for both strategic vision and hands-on detailed work.

He is passionate about Finance as a strategic business partner, specializing in strategic development, operational excellence, and successful execution, while also showing a dedication to nurturing young talent through hiring and mentorship initiatives.

With an international MBA background and a keen interest in travel, Terry has explored over 40 countries, showcasing significant cross-border experience predominantly in Europe and Asia, including a 4-year expatriate stint in Moscow, Russia.

His academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from IE Business School, a Masters in Accounting from Illinois State University, a Bachelors in Accounting from the same institution, and completion of a Global Immersion program in China at Fudan University.
