Terry Tsatas

Terry Tsatas is the President of OleaDev Groupe Immobilier, a position he has held since 2020.23 He has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction/project management, and asset management.1 Tsatas is also the co-founder of the OleaDev Real Estate Group.1

Throughout his career, Tsatas has been involved in significant development projects, including:

• Development of over 250 acres (11M sq. ft.) of industrial land
• Mixed-use development projects comprising over 600 condominium units and residential apartments1

His expertise spans the full development cycle, including needs analysis, due diligence, acquisitions, master planning, project management, construction, and dispositions.1

Prior to his role at OleaDev, Tsatas worked as a Business Development Consultant from 2017 to 2020.3 He also served as the President of Carbecco inc. from 2010 to 2017.3
