Terry Sparks is a dedicated professional known for his positive attitude and invested approach towards life, relationships, and work. With over 18 years of experience, he serves as the Office Managing Partner for PwC's Birmingham Office, overseeing strategy, management, and operations of the Alabama assurance, tax, and advisory practices.

In addition to his role as Office Managing Partner, Terry is a partner in PwC's Financial Services Practice. He is highly regarded for his integrity, loyalty, and intuitive problem-solving skills in the ever-evolving business landscape.

Terry is recognized for his nimble and adaptive thinking, as well as his patient, calm, and responsive approach in client interactions. He actively seeks out opportunities to provide innovative solutions and has a strong technical background reinforced by developing and teaching courses.

Outside of work, Terry is a family man, married to Anne for 15 years with four children. He resides in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, and is actively involved in Dawson Memorial Baptist Church while also contributing his time to various civic and community organizations.
