With nearly 40 years of experience at AdventHealth, Shaw has spearheaded the organization's vision towards holistic, connected, exceptional, affordable, and viable healthcare.

He oversaw a brand transformation emphasizing consumer-centric practices and a commitment to providing comprehensive care for the body, mind, and spirit.

Terry Shaw holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Computer Science from Southern Adventist University.

His previous roles at AdventHealth include EVP, CFO, COO, and Chief Financial Officer, demonstrating his extensive expertise in healthcare management and financial leadership.
