Terry Rosenstiel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, development, and commercialization of new products. He has worked at various levels, from staff to executive positions. With his creative thinking and intuitive decision-making, he designs products that meet business criteria and market needs, considering application requirements and manufacturing constraints. Terry has managed large-scale laboratories involving the recruitment, management, review, and reward of personnel. He has a history of effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. He is comfortable collaborating with experts in innovation to identify, partner, and pilot transformational business and technology platforms as open innovation opportunities for growth. Terry pursued Engineering Management from Northwestern University and has a BS in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has held numerous positions at USG Corporation, including Director of Partnerships & Innovation Pipeline, Ceilings Laboratory, Performance Surfaces Laboratory, and many more. Previously, Terry was a Production Quality Chemist at Armor Dial Company. Presently, he is seeking a consulting role to provide mentorship, lead and counsel, and provide a voice on trends, strategies, and direction to companies and startups.
