Terry Parker is a seasoned lawyer specializing in intellectual property law, focusing on complex commercial litigation involving patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, trade dress, and unfair competition. He has represented a diverse range of clients, from large corporations with globally recognized products to innovative start-ups in industries like e-commerce and high-technology. With experience practicing in federal courts across the United States, he has also presented intellectual property matters before the Second and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Parker spent over fifteen years living and working in the greater China region, where he became fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Terry Parker obtained his Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) and holds a BA in English from Millsaps College.
