    Terry Keating, a CTO and geospatial consultant with 48 years of experience in mapping and GIS, has retired from Quantum Spatial (AeroMetric) and currently provides technical and managerial consulting services to various agencies and companies. Keating has founded and managed several photogrammetry, mapping, and GIS software and services companies, including Kork Systems, Lucerne International, and Digital Mapping Associates. He has advised many domestic and international federal and state agencies and private mapping corporations, served as director of MAPPS, national president of ASPRS, and president of MSLS. Keating's specialties include strategic planning and facilitation, product/process improvement, technical assessments, project management, mergers and acquisitions, management of acquired/start-up companies, and expert witness services. He holds professional registrations as a Certified Photogrammetrist, Registered Land Surveyor, and Professional Engineer, and has completed PhD studies in engineering and surveying-photogrammetry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
