Terry Jackson is a 500 hr RYT certified Yoga Alliance instructor who specializes in safe body alignment and the Atmananda Yoga Sequence. She has taught yoga classes at the Atmananda Yoga Studio in Gramercy Park, New York City, and the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. Terry has studied Spanish at various institutions, earning a certificate of completion in Spanish Language at Escola Oficia d'Idiomes Barcelona-Drassnes and Universitat de Barcelona. In addition, she has a BA in English from the University of Oregon and has studied Religion/Religious Studies at Stanford University.

Terry has also been involved in various organizations throughout her career, including serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors at 411 East 57th Street Co-Op, Yoga Instructor at the NYC Parks E. 54th St. Recreation Center, and Manager at Atmananda Yoga Studio. She has also held management positions in the New York City Mayor's Office and the NYC Parks Department, and has been involved in event planning and community outreach.
