Starting his career in the entertainment industry working with iconic bands like the Rolling Stones and later transitioning to Sony-Columbia Pictures, Terry has been part of producing numerous films and Academy Award winners.

Over 25 years ago, Terry founded True North, a renowned global consulting firm focusing on leadership, teambuilding, and operational process improvement, with a diverse client list including major companies like Nike, Dreamworks Animation, Ford, BMW, and Unilever.

Having lived and worked in various countries including Shanghai, China, Terry continuously enhances his expertise by pursuing postgraduate certificates at esteemed institutions like Yale University, MIT Learning Lab, and Covey Leadership Center, emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning.

Terry Horsmon holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School, a BA in Political Science and Government from Amherst College, and has pursued postgraduate studies in national healthcare policy at Yale University.
