Terri McCullough

Terri McCullough is the Chief of Staff to Speaker Nancy Pelosi in the U.S. House of Representatives, a position she has held since March 2019.15 She is the first woman to serve in this role in a paid, full-time capacity.13 McCullough has a long history of working with Speaker Pelosi, having previously served as Chief of Staff in Pelosi's personal office from 2003 to 2011.15

In her current role, McCullough supports Speaker Pelosi in various efforts, including legislative work, institutional responsibilities, and coordinating with other members of Congress and outside groups.4 Her work is driven by a commitment to creating systemic change, particularly for women and families, and addressing issues such as economic opportunity, racial and gender justice, and healthcare access.4
