Terri Cramer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational development, human capital, quality management, and clinical research. She is currently serving as the Associate Director of Career Services at Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where she helps MBA students and alumni to achieve their career goals. Terri began her career as an Associate Chemist at Eli Lilly and Company, where she gained significant experience in clinical research, scientific recruitment, and corporate communications. Later, she transitioned into human resources and organizational development, helping the company to create new oncolytics and launch quality and business process improvement projects. In 2018, Terri joined Northwestern University as an Assistant Director to support the Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change program. She holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and an MS in Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago. Terri is passionate about continuous learning and helping others to grow and succeed in their careers.
