Terra Sollman is a successful professional with an impressive background in human resources (HR) management, talent acquisition, and employee development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Terra started her career at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, a leading third-party logistics company, where she gained valuable experience in recruiting and talent management. After spending several years at C.H. Robinson, Terra joined the fast-paced world of advertising agencies. At MRM Worldwide, she was a key member of the HR team, responsible for employee benefits, performance management, and leadership development for thousands of employees in over 60 countries.

    Terra then moved to the Chicago office of FleishmanHillard, one of the world's largest public relations agencies, where she honed her skills in HR leadership, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. In addition to her day-to-day HR responsibilities, Terra was an active member of the FleishmanHillard Diversity and Inclusion Council, working to improve workplace culture and increase diversity across the agency.

    Terra is now a freelance HR consultant, working with clients of all sizes to improve their HR processes and develop their employees. She is passionate about helping organizations create positive and inclusive workplaces.
