His extensive experience dates back to 2014, focusing on developing drone solutions and flying a range of drones including fixed wings, octocopters, and racing drones.

He has contributed significantly to projects such as monitoring deforestation in Madagascar and wildlife hotspots in a rainforest for the University of Helsinki, generating maps and 3D models for researchers.

Additionally, Tero has been involved in collaborations with the Polytechnic University of Barcelona to develop a lightweight thermal camera sensor for drones.
