Teri-Jean Yang is a successful entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience managing small businesses and multi-million dollar enterprises. She graduated with dual degrees in Business Spanish and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park, and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. After graduation, Teri-Jean managed a multi-million dollar restaurant in Atlantic City before opening her own sushi restaurant, Oishii Sushi & Tea, which she ran successfully for over four years.
Teri-Jean's professional background also includes experience at Bank of America, where she held different positions such as Service Delivery Consultant, Process Design Consultant, and Operational Risk Specialist. Currently, she is the lead of the Service Introduction team, which manages the operational readiness for introducing new products and services into the global network operations team.
Teri-Jean has expertise in project management, marketing analytics, operations, process design, strategy, and event management. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese and is proficient in Spanish. Teri-Jean also participated in a business plan competition in Beijing, China, and worked as a consultant to develop a marketing strategy for a US company preparing to launch a new product in China.
