Tereza Janackova K is a dedicated community builder and advocate for diversity and inclusion, boasting a strong background in private sector consulting and community management across startup and corporate environments.

Currently, Tereza is busy with her involvement in a stealth startup and FemTechConf, the prominent Women in Tech community in Europe, recognized as an EU approved training provider. The primary goal is to amplify women's voices, unite women in tech, and foster a supportive community of allies globally.

The FemTechConf initiative collaborates with esteemed organizations like Accenture, Zalando, Delivery Hero, Capital One, Cisco, and many others, organizing in-person summits, thinktanks, conferences, and an annual global virtual FemTechConf festival. This festival attracts over 50,000 industry professionals, addressing key topics such as workplace empowerment, imposter syndrome, diversity and inclusion, leadership, hiring best practices, and the latest technical advancements like Cloud Tech, AI, and ML.

A diverse array of industry leaders from companies including Tesla, PlayStation, Gucci, Walmart, Porsche, BBC, and NASA, actively participate in the FemTechConf events, showcasing broad industry support and engagement.

Tereza Janackova K holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the London Business School. She has previously contributed in roles such as Advisor and Contributor at The ESG Forum, Co-Founder at both a Stealth Startup and FemTechConf, and as a Diversity Consultant at a D&I Consulting Co.
