Dr. Teressa Trusty is a highly accomplished professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Washington, along with a Master of Arts (MA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees also from the University of Washington, and an additional BS from Stanford University. With extensive experience in research and product design across various sectors including education, health, and business, Dr. Trusty is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to create impactful products that cater to the needs and motivations of users. Her approach revolves around building empathy and understanding to drive innovation.

Dr. Trusty has a proven track record of leading diverse teams to success, excelling in managing the development of new products and initiatives. Her strategic thinking abilities and knack for identifying and implementing effective approaches have been instrumental in achieving notable outcomes. She is keen on continuing to grow her skills in advising companies on research and product design, as well as nurturing talent in these domains.

Throughout her career, Dr. Trusty has held key roles such as Innovation Lead at Iron Mountain, Consultant at Trusty Consulting focusing on Design, Research, Education, and Partnerships, Director of Research & Design at Trifoia, and Senior Director of Product Strategy at ISTE. She has also served as an AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow at USAID and as an Adjunct Professor at various institutions including OSU, FIU, and UNC.
