Teresa Puerta is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in biology, business administration, and international innovation.

With over 20 years of experience, Teresa excels in exponential growth strategies, organizational development, disruptive business models, lean start-ups, design thinking, and collaborative business approaches.

She holds a Master's in Business Administration from IESE Business School, earned in 1990, and a Biology degree from Universitat de Barcelona, obtained in 1988.

Teresa has held key positions in various prestigious organizations, such as being the Innovation Director for Central and Eastern Europe at ACCIÓ, a Lecturer in the MBA Program at ESERP Business School, a Senior Project Manager at Steinbeis Europa Zentrum (SEZ), and a Senior Consultant at ACCENTURE (Andersen Consulting), among others.

Her expertise spans across different sectors, including life sciences, energy, environment, and she has also worked as a freelance consultant for companies like 3i Group plc.
