Teresa Alesch is a cancer survivor and certified life coach who helps fellow cancer survivors navigate the challenging road of "Life After Cancer." Drawing on her own experience as a survivor of breast cancer and uterine cancer, Teresa has created a "Life After Cancer Blueprint" that provides survivors with a customized plan to manage their symptoms and side effects. With a 15-year career in education, Teresa is an experienced teacher, athletic coach, and administrator, and she has been trained and certified in a variety of life coach arenas. She holds a BCC certification as a Strategic Intervention Coach and is completing her Board Certification in the field. Teresa has written a book about her experience and is a sought-after speaker and trainer on the topic of life after cancer.
