Terence O'Connor is a highly experienced attorney based in Albany, New York, with over 30 years of expertise in defense litigation.

After graduating from Notre Dame Law School, he returned to Albany and honed his skills under the mentorship of legal legends James Carter and James Conboy.

In 1994, Terence co-founded O'Connor, O'Connor, Bresee & First, P.C. alongside his brother Michael Jude O'Connor, Dennis First, and Dianne Bresee.

Throughout his career, Terence has successfully tried over 100 cases to verdict in both State and Federal Courts across New York State.

His practice areas encompass medical malpractice, professional malpractice, motor vehicle/trucking cases, New York State Labor Law, premises liability, and commercial litigation.
