Terence McLaughlin, P.E., is a seasoned civil engineer with over 10 years of experience in civil, geotechnical, and remediation engineering projects in the public and private sector.

His expertise spans various areas including excavation, water and wastewater system design, highway and bridge rehabilitation, construction management, and resident engineering services for a wide range of clients.

Terence's skills include project design, construction management, bidding and specifications packages, cost estimates, contract administration, reports, and field modifications to design.

He has a strong background in the construction and design of civil/site and environmental projects encompassing industrial sites, landfills, parks and recreation facilities, road and utility infrastructure, water supply systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation systems, concrete installation, urban redevelopment, bridge piers and decking, and highway resurfacing.

Terence McLaughlin is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University.
