Terence Lam is a music industry mogul with a wealth of experience in the field. He is the Co-Chairman of Premier Music Group, LLC, an innovative music agency that operates in the global urban music and culture market. With his expertise and experience, Lam has helped Premier optimize its revenue streams and modernize the traditional content distribution model. Before his time at Premier, Lam co-founded Downtown Music LLC, which was home to a music publishing company, recording studios, and an independent record label. The label signed many successful artists such as Santigold, Cold War Kids, and Brett Dennen. Lam also worked in VH1’s Music and Talent department, developing relationships with some of the top artists of the era. He earned his BA in English from Tufts University before going on to pursue his MBA in Marketing at New York University's Stern School of Business.
