Teo Vincent is a seasoned startup founder, digital transformation, and innovation specialist with extensive experience in big tech, small tech (startup), banking, and engineering. He is a proud dad to a baby girl, and his wicked sense of humor is contagious. Teo earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree from Multimedia University.

Teo has served in various leadership roles, including Digital & Growth / Offshore Wealth Management at OCBC Bank, Head of Strategic Digital Partnerships & Investments / Global Corporate Banking at OCBC Bank, and Advisor at Sero AI. He is the founder and director of Fred, a peer-to-peer foreign exchange startup. At BNP Paribas Wealth Management, he led the Digital Transformation - APAC team.

As a Transformation Leader - Digital Business & Transformation at OCBC Bank, Teo demonstrated his proficiency in digital business model transformation, customer experience design, and strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career, he was a Sales, Marketing & Service Group member at Microsoft and a Channel Rebates Specialist (Asia Pacific) at Microsoft - Asia Pacific Operations Center.
