- Coordinating end-to-end interviews for candidates for all the different levels (ICs to VPs) and business functions.

Assigned in a fine dining outlet (steakhouse) where quality of service is of the highest importance. Responsible to serve food and beverage to the guests and provide them with a bespoke service. Trained to take reservations and  to put them in the system. Expected to be highly knowledgeable about the food and wine selection as well as the current promotions in the restaurant.

F&B Service

A unique program that offers the opportunity to take courses at the U.S. host college or university. At the same time, providing participants to gain training and experience as a cast member at Walt Disney World® Resort. It's a one-of-a-kind way to get involved in networking opportunities, expand presentation skills, and learn about customer service from industry-leading experts.

The duties in Merchandise encompass through handling guest transactions of various merchandise, rental for lockers, strollers, and wheelchairs. Also, accountable for greeting the guests, replenishing stocks as well as answering guests questions.

Tasks and responsibilities in Quick Service F&B include prepping and serving meals and drinks for guests, bussing tables, greeting the guests and restocking supplies and condiments.

International College Program (Merchandising & Quick Service F&B)

Responsible for media monitoring, media clipping exposures, PR weekly and monthly reports, and assisting media photo shoot in the hotel. Making contacts with the media is also part of the responsibility.
