As a startup founder for 10 years prior, Bhatia served as chief operating officer for educational technology company Explain Everything, chief executive officer of video chatting platform Chatwala, and chief executive officer of Kaptur, an app that enables users to instantly aggregate all photos taken at any event in seconds.13
Before founding Kaptur, Bhatia was senior manager of product and international strategy for ESPN, where he launched ESPN3 in the US, Mexico, Brazil, and Europe.1 He also co-founded Media Strategy Partners, a media asset management consulting company that continues to serve broadcasters worldwide.34
Bhatia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Columbia University.12 He has served in non-profit leadership and board positions at the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Startup Leadership Program.12
