Tehila Kremer

Tehila Druckman-Kremer is currently the Director of Compliance and Internal Education at Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz, where she is responsible for managing all interactions with new clients, overseeing ethics issues, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering laws, preventing conflicts of interest, conducting internal training, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

She has a diverse educational background, having studied at Blich, obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Netanya Academic College, earned a Master's Degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University, and completed a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Prior to her current role, Tehila Druckman-Kremer served as an Associate Attorney at Pearl Cohen Zedek Latzer Baratz and also gained experience as an Attorney and Paralegal at Soroker-Agmon, emphasizing in IP and beyond.

With her expertise in compliance, education, and law, Tehila Druckman-Kremer plays a crucial role in ensuring that organizational practices align with legal and ethical standards while also facilitating internal education initiatives to enhance the overall compliance culture.
