Tehani Gooneratne
Tehani Gooneratne is a Sri Lankan-born Canadian writer, editor, and publisher. She is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Canadian literary magazine, "The Rusty Toque." Tehani earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from the University of Toronto and later completed her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at the University of Guelph. Through her writing and editorial work, she has explored themes of identity, belonging, and diaspora. Her work has been published in various literary magazines, including "Room" and "The Puritan." In addition to her literary pursuits, Tehani has also worked as a communications specialist for the Ontario Public Service.
