Ted Upton is the CEO of Cheeky Fishing and Wingo Outdoors, two companies focused on outdoor and fishing gear. He co-founded Cheeky Fishing in 2010, shortly after graduating from Bowdoin College, where he initially worked as a project analyst at a law firm. His passion for fishing led him to create high-performance fly reels, and he has since expanded the product line to include various fishing accessories and gear.1
Upton pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he earned an MBA in 2014. His time at MIT was instrumental in developing his business acumen, allowing him to analyze market trends and improve his company's strategies significantly.
