As the Technical CRM Manager and SME, I am responsible for the ongoing administration and support for Corsair’s core MarTech stack, its  Customer Data Platform (CDP) mParticle and Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) Braze for Corsair, Drop, Elgato, Gamer Sensei, Origin PC, and Scuf Gaming.

Working in the IT department, I lead the deployment / integration / onboarding of mParticle to bring together customer data from 5 brands and over 15 platforms / data sources including: websites / ecommerce (Hybris, Magento, Shopify) , email / sms / crm systems (Bronto, Sendinblue, Klayiyo, MailChimp, Iterable, Attentive) backend (Oracle), customer support (Zendesk), and data warehouse (Snowflake). - Lead six month effort to stand up Corsair’s Customer Data Platform in partnership with an integrator for Corsair, Elgato, Origin PC, and Scuf Gaming, with follow on add on of Gamer Sensei and Drop

- Worked with Analytics an BI  team to create / integrate the data warehouse (Snowflake) with
mParticle, and create reverse ETL using DBT cloud and MuleSoft to send date from Snowflake back to mParticle

- Managed integration of Braze to mParticle and Snowflake data share, onboarding the Corsair brands from Bronto, Klaviyo, Sendinblue, Iterable, and Mailchimp for email, and Attentive for sms

- Ongoing admin and first line support to all Corsair brands to help them leverage mParticle, Braze, and customer data, as well as managing Data Governance and Compliance

This proved to be my largest project to date (product management, marketing or otherwise ... including building out a 120 person office space while @ NewSoft) - Completion of the reconstruction of my home. I started with a simple desktop home design software program to re-imagine our house and then brought it to life.

Led the internal design and launch team for the initial Vidcie Enterprise website. Worked with outside design agency to design, develop, and deploy second-generation Vidcie website. During the 90's the Pontiac Fiero was the platform of choice for exotic kit cars including replica Ferraris and Lamborghinis, taking the place of its predecessor the venerable VW Bug. As a kit car enthusiast and owner/builder of a Fiero based Testarossa, I recognized the absence of an appropriate replacement interior for the Fiero and founded Specialty Car Interiors (SCI) with the sole purpose to replace the dated GM interior with a European inspired interior appropriate to the stylish re-bodies available. Marketing efforts included print advertising in leading replica & kit car magazines, trade publications, enthusiast club newsletters, and participation in national and regional kit car shows. Licensed additional interiors and components to expand the product line. Operations ceased in 1997 when the molds and tooling were lost in a warehouse fire.
