    Ted Morrissey is an accomplished novelist and award-winning author known for works like 'The Artist Spoke,' 'Mrs Saville,' and 'Crowsong for the Stricken.' With a background in English Studies, Ted has a Ph.D. from Illinois State University, an M.A. from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a BS in English/Language Arts Teacher Education. Ted's writing has been featured in numerous publications, totaling close to 90, showcasing his diverse talents in novel excerpts, short stories, poems, essays, and reviews. As the CEO of Twelve Winters Press, LLC, Ted demonstrates visionary leadership in the publishing industry. Previously, he has held roles as a librarian at Sherman Public Library, a teacher at Williamsville High School, a novelist and short-story writer as a freelance fiction writer, and as an adjunct lecturer in English at the University of Illinois Springfield and the Writing and Publishing Program at Benedictine University. Ted is eager to broaden his reach by working with an agent to explore opportunities such as adapting his work for film and television and translating it into various languages.
