Ted Dubasik

Ted Dubasik is the owner and manager of an accounting practice in San Francisco, California, specializing in serving Tenancies in Common, Homeowners' Associations, and small businesses.

With over 15 years of residency in San Francisco, Ted has been actively involved in real estate transactions, TIC living, and TIC development, along with staying engaged in property and homeownership issues locally.

Before establishing his accounting practice, Ted gained valuable experience at Deloitte & Touche in audit and subsequently at McKesson Corporation, where he worked in Financial Planning and Analysis, managing SAP implementations in the finance sector.

Aside from his accounting profession, Ted enjoys playing guitar and singing, exploring new music, traveling extensively, and experiencing diverse cultures.

Ted graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arizona and obtained his CPA in 2000, complemented by being a licensed California Real Estate Broker, with a wealth of experience in accounting, finance, and information technology in both public and private sectors.
