As the CEO and co-owner of Taft, a communications consultancy, Ted focuses on helping companies and organizations articulate and enhance the impact of their core purpose, with specific expertise in corporate social responsibility, diversity equity and inclusion, sustainability, health, and employee engagement.
One of Ted's notable achievements at Taft is leading the creation of the State of DiversitySM survey, an annual poll that delves into attitudes and experiences regarding race, religion, ethnicity, and sexual orientation in the workplace since 2016.
