Taylor Zehren

Taylor Zehren is a social impact entrepreneur dedicated to reshaping our approach to waste through research, storytelling, and education. With a focus on circular systems development, regenerative agriculture, WASH, resource management, experiential education, scientific communication, and environmental health, Taylor is committed to driving positive change in these areas.

Having studied Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Global Health & Environment at the University of California, Berkeley, Taylor's academic background also includes a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Biology from the University of Portland. Additionally, Taylor has pursued studies in Spanish at Universidad de Granada and completed education at Ashland High School.

Throughout the course of their career, Taylor has been involved with various organizations that reflect their passion for social impact and education. This includes roles such as Co-Founder and CEO at Wasted* PBC, Co-Founder and Executive Director at Do Good Sh*t, Science Teacher & English Second Language Teacher at Fundación QMark, Fulbright Scholar through The Fulbright Program, Murdock Undergraduate Research Scholar at OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University, NOYCE Intern at Saturday Academy, and Studies Abroad Student Coordinator at University of Portland.

As an outdoorswoman, Taylor also demonstrates a keen interest in exploring our interconnectedness with the environment and the importance of sustainable practices in land cultivation.
