With a track record of success, Taylor has managed two Alternative Asset Management firms with over $5 Billion AUM, delivered exceptional investment performance results, and shown proficiency in value creation strategies including revenue growth, cost control, supply chain management, and IT best practices.

In addition to leading key portfolio company initiatives and serving as a Board Member for numerous companies, Taylor is known for being an innovative and empathetic team builder, recruiting and managing core investment teams and C-Suite members of portfolio companies.
