Taylor Fiscus is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations, people management, and political activism.

With a Master of Science in social and organizational psychology from the University of Exeter, a post-baccalaureate in the psychology of religion from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in journalism, advertising, and public relations from Texas Christian University, Taylor has a strong educational foundation.

Taylor has held key roles such as Operations & HR Manager at Janover, Special Advisor to the Great Lakes EPA Administrator at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Deputy White House Liaison at the EPA, and Associate Director of White House Personnel.

Having worked extensively on the Obama campaign, Taylor has a wealth of experience in political activism, including contributions to the Human Rights Campaign, the Obama campaign, and progressive policies at the White House and EPA.

Taylor is skilled at creating operational efficiencies, with notable achievements including streamlining the process of securing campaign office space and engineering a national campaign donation to schools.

She has a strong track record in diverse areas such as startup operationalization, democratizing commercial real estate borrowing, measuring adaptability quotient with AQai, and transforming various industries like EdTech and peer-to-peer delivery.

Her expertise extends to remote work, having worked from 35 cities in 16 countries since 2017, and she advocates for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
