Tay has held key positions in various organizations, such as serving as the SVP Associate Design Director at Patients & Purpose, Science & Purpose within the Omnicom Health Group.

He has also worked as a Product and UX Design Lead as a consultant, as well as in roles like VP Digital Design Lead, User Experience, and Digital Design Lead, and Senior Designer at different divisions of the Omnicom Health Group.

Prior to these roles, Tay Duran gained experience as a Senior Designer at Monscierge, Skyline Media Group, and OPUBCO Communications.
