VP Marketing & Partnerships

Selina is an ecosystem of platforms & destinations where global and local communities travel, meet, interact, and forge new experiences.

- Create unique and memorable concepts for Selina locations, providing local insights & inputs based on each field of expertise (hospitality, F&B, programming, arts, music, coworking, co-living) 
- Define product commercial strategy, guaranteeing that the creative narrative translates into positive commercial results.
- Support Real Estate, Development and Market Research teams in identifying unique locations and define go to market strategy.
- Activate Brand Promise and Selina guest experience for all locations within Brasil, training local team to exceed guest experience KPI's.
- Partner with HR and operations to hire onsite Experience Manager, Community Supervisor and create lead generation for other key employees.
- Own and manage Selina’s metric and measurement tools that enable each location to constantly and consistently enhance the guest’s experience. Audit quality control.
- Liase with global teams of Product, F&B, Brand, Operations and Marketing, to create and maintain a strong culture for staff, guests and locals.
- Map and involve communities identifying local influential partners in order to stimulate
and impact economies.
- Manage multiple projects of new and operational locations, from concept, to pre opening to daily execution.
- Liase with partner agencies such as PR and digital, developing marketing strategic plans.
- Curate and manage calendar of onsite programming including music, wellness, impact, entrepreneurship, educational activities. Selecting key partners, aimed at attaining defined commercial targets.

Experience Director

- Responsible for the concept, positioning and creation of the Storymakers brand, searching for global benchmarks in the development of an innovative operations model.
- Development of the initial business plan, as well as quarterly roadmap analysis, tracking performance, adjusting budget and operational solutions according to results.
- Development of a multi-disciplinary team. Growth in two years of a team of four to 24 employees in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Creative, Planning, Content, Media, Legal, Business Development and Production.
- Selection and management of PR agency and Content in-house team, including strategy and media plan design and tracking reach engagement and visibility objectives. 
- Research and recommendations of which companies to invest in for the optimal composition of the Storymakers investment portfolio.
- Lead integration and engagement of partner companies, ensuring synergy across all businesses.
Motivate team in the development of integrated marketing campaigns that target effectively client’s goals.
- Tracking of market trends and proprietary business opportunities for Storymakers and/or its clients.
- Ensure client engagement, overseeing all client campaigns guaranteeing qualified delivery and agency's revenue growth 
- Close supervision of business development team, tracking vertical and horizontal new business opportunities, diversifying client portfolio and ensuring a sustainable revenue growth 
- Weekly report to the board of directors and investors, certifying the Storymakers intended company results.
