Tarun Tandon is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the FX, precious metals, and futures industry. He currently serves as the CEO at FLS Capital, a boutique consultancy firm in Singapore focusing on Deal Sourcing/Origination for M&A & Capital Introduction deals with a sector focus on margin retail FX/CFD Brokers, payment/remittance companies, and Start-Ups/Early Stage FINTECH and Crypto/Blockchain companies.

With a deep understanding of the Asian Brokerage space, Mr. Tandon possesses expertise in regulation, market dynamics, client psychology and behavior, execution platforms, and other Brokerage related activities from both the Buy and Sell side. His product knowledge encompasses Foreign Exchange, Precious Metals, and Futures & Options traded on Future exchanges.

Tarun Tandon holds an M.Sc in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore and an MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has held significant roles in various renowned organizations including being the former Senior VP at MF Global Singapore, VP at Refco, Manager at Commerzbank AG, and Manager at Standard Chartered Bank. Mr. Tandon is based in Singapore.
