Tarun Sainani is a visionary leader who has spearheaded the growth and advancement of the World Around Me (WAM) local discovery app on iOS & Android.

With a focus on augmenting the world with relevant information, Tarun's work helps individuals worldwide discover nearby places seamlessly by leveraging their phone camera, enhancing their connection with the immediate environment.

Tarun also plays a crucial role in assisting regions and tourism boards in improving their engagement with visitors, ultimately contributing to the strengthening of the local economies through the innovative World Around Me (WAM) app.

Education-wise, Tarun holds a diverse academic background with a Master's in MRes Digital Innovation Management and Msc E-Business and Innovation from Lancaster University, along with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth and completing his AISSCE in Science and Non-Medical from New Era Public School.

With his past experiences, including being the Managing Director at World Around Me GmbH, WT InfoTech, and serving as an IT Consultant at MassMutual, Tarun brings a wealth of expertise to his current role. His tenure as an Associate Consultant & Release Manager at Capgemini, President, and Executive Director at the volunteering group Leo Club BVP, as well as his leadership as the Head Boy at New Era Public School, reflect his dedication and leadership capabilities.
