Owning our own Real Estate Brokerage has been a dream of ours for nearly 15 years, since we met when we were both working as Realtors in Lake Tahoe. We are so grateful to Compass for their support over the past 4 years (and to Kentwood and Slifer for their support prior to that) but it's time for us to put our combined experience of nearly 40 years to work for us, with our own Real Estate Brokerage. Having transacted nearly $400 million in sales, we feel we have seen and accomplished a lot together and are ready to control every aspect of the experience for you, our cherished clients and friends.

From the perspective of client experience, things will only improve. Working as Miller Wilde, we will have complete autonomy & control over your experience. We will still be members of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, NAR (National Association of Realtors), CAR (Colorado Association of Realtors). We will still feature all our listings in the MLS and syndicate to other websites (Zillow, Redfin, etc). We will still use all the same contract software, follow all the same state rules and regulations, have the same high ethical standards, keep up on all the latest technology and continuing education requirements. We will continue to do everything we have done previously... we will now be even faster, more efficient, more flexible, effective, creative, energetic, knowledgeable, and if possible, even more passionate in serving you and your needs.
