Tarek Domiaty

Tarek Domiaty is a highly accomplished and experienced director with a rich history in the finance and technology spheres. He is presently the Director of the CEO Office at areeba, a well-known payments processing company based in the Middle East. He has held this position since January 2017 and is an integral part of the organization's top management team. In his role as Director, he is responsible for managing corporate development, relations with the board of directors, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, new partnerships, and key transformation initiatives across the organization.

Before joining areeba, Tarek was a member of the Direct Investments team at M1 Group, where he held a management position since June 2015. He was responsible for managing new acquisitions, divestitures, and portfolio management. Prior to that, he served as the Investment Manager at Growthgate Capital, where he played a key role in a number of acquisitions and exits across diverse sectors of the MENA region.

Tarek is an alumnus of the American University of Beirut, where he pursued his Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communications Engineering. He later earned his Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Strategy, from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. He was also a Fellow of the prestigious Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation while studying at Oxford.
