Prior to this role, he excelled as the Pre-Sales Manager, Project Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager at SoftServe, illustrating his versatility and ability to thrive in different capacities within the same company.

In addition, his background includes roles as Recruitment Team Lead, IT Technical Recruiter, and Recruitment Consultant at both SoftServe and Adecco, demonstrating his proficiency in talent acquisition and management.
