Tara Sarwal joins GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) with a wealth of experience as Legal Counsel. She will work with and advise the Oral Healthcare R&D team and commercial business, providing support in patents, trade marks, defamation, copyright, and general commercial work. Tara was previously an IP Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, focusing on disputes across a range of intellectual property (IP) issues. She qualified with Norton Rose Fulbright in 2014 and completed several training contracts across a range of disciplines, including corporate finance, IP disputes, and a client secondment for the in-house legal team at F&C Asset Management plc. Tara holds degrees in Science from the University of Edinburgh, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law & Practice from the University of Oxford.
