Tara Roussett is the dedicated CEO of SJRC- Texas, a nonprofit organization aimed at healing and empowering children and families who have experienced trauma.
With a team of 75 child welfare professionals under her leadership, Tara oversees the operations and strategic direction of SJRC, striving to make a positive impact on abused and at-risk children, young adults, and families.
Tara Roussett is a passionate professional who finds fulfillment in empowering her staff and team members to reach their full potential.
She holds an MBA from Howard Payne University and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Tara Roussett is dually licensed by the State of Texas as a Licensed Child Care Administrator and as a Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrator.
Aside from her role at SJRC, Tara has previous experience as a Teacher at NorthEast ISD and as a Counselor In Charge at Roy Maas Youth Alternatives.
