Tara Hagan, the second oldest of seven siblings, started her work journey at the young age of 14 by picking blackberries and later rising to picking peaches. She holds a Master's in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and worked as an engagement manager at Deloitte's New York office, specializing in auditing and advising various organizations. After her time at Deloitte, Tara pursued her MBA at Harvard Business School.
Post-MBA, Tara participated in Omnicom's MBA Resident program, gaining exposure to different aspects of marketing, media planning, and analytics. Currently, she serves as a strategy lead at Edelman, focusing on Corporate and Public Affairs, showcasing a passion for marketing and communication strategies. In her free time, she volunteers at a thrift shop, further honing her merchandising and customer experience skills.
Tara's diverse work experience includes roles such as media planner, brand strategist, and financial statement auditor. Her educational background spans from accounting to general management, reflecting a well-rounded skill set that she applies in her current role at Edelman.
