Tara Gilts

Tara Gilts is a highly experienced professional with a background in political science and public administration.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Ohio University's College of Arts and Sciences, and a Master of Public Administration from the same institution, completed in September 2008.

Tara has an extensive history of working with reputable organizations, including OhioHealth, where she served as a Philanthropy Advisor.

Prior to her role at OhioHealth, she held various positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, including Executive Director, Outreach and Training Manager for the Southeast Ohio Region, and Program Coordinator.

Additionally, Tara has contributed to the academic sector by working as an Adjunct Instructor at Ohio University and as an Assistant Director of Development at The College of Wooster.

Her early professional experience includes roles such as Graduate Associate at the College of Arts and Sciences and Internship within University Advancement, both at Ohio University.
