Prior to this role, he held various key positions at MTV Oy, such as Head of mtv AVOD service, Development Manager - Online Video, Executive Producer, and more, showcasing his extensive experience in the media industry.

Tapio's professional journey also includes roles like Promo Producer at Sub, Video Editor at MTV3 and YLE, Graphic Designer at Eteenpäin Oy / Kotkan Silmä, and Education Officer at the Finnish Defence Forces.
