Tapani Launonen

Tapani Launonen is a skilled location scout, animal trainer, and fixer with over 20 years of experience in both domestic and international productions. He is also well-versed in production management and line-producing. Tapani has a background in technology and arts, holding a Bachelor of Technology degree from Ilmavoiminen teknillinen koulu and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Oulu School of Arts and Grafts.

Throughout his career, Tapani has worked with various organizations and companies. He is currently working as a Location Scout, Animal Trainer, and Fixer at Waria. He has also held the position of CEO at Northe Vilmi Ltd, Producer at Klaffi Productions Ltd, and Project Manager at Oulu University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Tapani has worked as an animal trainer and wrangler, co-ordinator as a freelancer, and was one of the co-founders of the Air Guitar World Championships at Oulu Music Video Festival.

Tapani is particularly skilled in communicating with animals and is known to move the team well in snowy and icy conditions. He is an expert in location scouting and management, production coordination, and animal training.
