Tanya Everett is a multi-talented professional with experience in various fields. She is an accomplished storyteller, traveler, and entrepreneur, with a passion for examining systems and exploring new worlds. With a degree in Anthropology from Columbia University in the City of New York, Tanya has honed her skills as a wordsmith, and has studied at the Boston University Theatre Institute and the Maggie Flanigan Studios. Tanya has worked as an Actor at Entertainment, a model at MSA MODELS, a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Citi-Habitats, and an Administrative Assistant at Condominiums. She has also worked as a Teaching Artist at Creative Arts Team at CREATIVE ARTS TEAM INC and Research Foundation of CUNY, as well as being an Adjunct Professor at Brooklyn College. Tanya has also completed her MFA in In Playwriting at Brooklyn College and has worked as an Office Manager/Leasing Assistant at Edge Lofts. Furthermore, she has worked as a Customer Service Representative at AMA, a Production Assistant/Publicity and Development Intern at The Culture Project, a Tutor/Admin Assistant at Prep for Prep, and a former student at Vocal. Through her varied experiences, Tanya has developed a keen interest in the creation myth of America, the undoing of racism and patriarchy, and the power of storytelling.
